Mail entry to facility that you have registered. In signing this application and/or participation in this tournament, we certify that we have appropriate insurance coverage and agree by the tournament rules and committee decisions for the tournament, and we hereby waive and release all other contestants, sponsors and tournament officials for all claims for injury and/or damages incurred in connection with this tournament.

Tournament Rules & Regulations
The rules will be interpreted solely by Tournament Committee and all decisions are final.
1. TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE:
The tournament committee will consist of five members of Aunts Creek Area Association.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
All individuals, 18 years of age or older, unless accompanied by an adult, who have paid the appropriate entry fee and are registered at one of the sponsors facilities. All contestants must live outside a 75 mile radius of Kimberling City, Missouri.
3. AN ENTRY:
The entry fee is $50.00 per boat. An entry is considered an entry when the form and payment is received by tournament Chairman.
4. TIME'S:
1st day 7am to 4pm, 2nd day 7am to noon. The tournament committee reserves the right to alter flights and hours as deemed necessary.
5. DEPARTURE:
Boat number are assigned by tournament Chairman in order of receipt of entry. Take off is by numerical order.
6. TACKLE & EQUIPMENT:
Only artificial baits and lures may be used. Pork bellies are allowed. All bass must be caught by rod & reel, trolling NOT permitted.
7. BOAT & MOTOR:
Any boat 14 foot or longer is accepted if powered by 10 horse power or more. Boats are not allowed to be trailed at any time during fishing hours. All boats must have a live well with adequate capacity and circulation to maintain Live Fish.
8. SAFETY & SPORTSMANSHIP:
Safe boating & fishing practices MUST be observed. Life Jackets MUST be worn with kill switch attached to driver at all times of motor operation.
9. PERMITTED FISHING LOCATION:
Any where on Table Rock Lake except within 50 yards of (1) a public dock, (2) another contestants boat, (3) weigh-in area, (off limits inside buoy's at Aunts Creek Public Use Area).
10. ACCOMMODATIONS:
All contestants must be registered at one of the sponsors facilities for a minimum of two nights.
11. SCORING:
Only Largemouth, Spotted & Smallmouth Bass will be counted. Total stringer weight will determine place. Any Bass under 15” in length presented to weigh-in officials will cause a two pound deduction in total stringer weight plus loss of fish. Six Bass per two person team
may be weighed. One half of one pound will be deducted for each dead fish presented. Any frozen or iced fish will result in immediate disqualification from tournament. Contestants MUST be in sight of their team partner at all times during tournament hours until weighed in. All fish presented for weigh-in will immediately become the property of tournament committee for live release.
12. TIES:
In case of a tie the winner will be team with most fish weighed. If all ties have same number of fish, smallest boat number (earliest entry) will determine winner.
13. PROTEST:
Any protest MUST be in writing to tournament Chairman within 10 minutes of conclusion of weigh-in.
14. POLYGRAPH TEST:
By both parties signatures on entry form and/or participation in this tournament, contestants agree to submit to a polygraph test if required by tournament committee. Refusal to submit to or pass this polygraph test by qualified examiner will result in immediate disqualification from tournament. A qualified examiner MAY be on site during weigh-in time.
15. TOURNAMENT CANCELLATION:
If the tournament canceled due to reasons of safety the entry fee will be refunded OR an alternate date will be announced. NO REFUND WILL BE MADE FOR ANY OTHER REASON.
16. LATE WEIGH-IN PENALTY:
20% of total weight per minute, up to five minutes, than disqualification. NO EXCUSES OR EXCEPTIONS.
